Please note after placing your order and receiving the goods, if the goods are not suitable you have up to 7 days to notify Asco Lights Ltd who will then give you an authorisation returns number. Please use this number on all documents.
When sending goods back to Asco Lights the goods must be sent back in the original box and packaging to

Please use a courier company as this will cut down the risk of damages. Upon receipt of the goods a refund will be issued back to your card. You will not be refunded the delivery cost.
If the order is a bespoke custom item you can not cancel the order.
If your light is faulty please inform Asco Lights and we will give you a returns authorisation number.
